At ZopProperties Ltd, we specialise in introducing investors to high-potential property opportunities in Italy and the UK through our network of licensed local real estate agents.
While ZopProperties Ltd is the brand, you’ll be working directly with me — Luigi.
I strongly believe that business is built on relationships, not just transactions. My goal is to provide personalised guidance and ensure my clients feel confident throughout their investment journey. Buying a property abroad isn’t an everyday decision — it’s a major milestone, and my role is to make that process easier, transparent, and well-connected.
My Story
Real estate is in my DNA. Growing up in a family of architects and constructors, I was surrounded by design, construction, and investment from an early age.
My journey took me to London, where I earned a degree in architecture and worked on large-scale projects at a prestigious firm. Later, my passion for business led me to study international business, which opened doors to a career in sales and market development. I helped a NASDAQ-listed company expand into the Italian and Swiss markets as a sales manager.
It was during this time that I began collaborating with a private Italian real estate agency that wanted to reach international investors. This partnership inspired the creation of Zop Properties Ltd — a company designed to connect foreign investors with licensed Italian agencies and facilitate smooth introductions between both sides.
